I'm a freelance Service Designer and User Researcher with an international journey. Every place where I've lived, worked or studied has shaped my perspective.

I have 10+ years of experience, many of those as in-house designer. Today, as freelancer, I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges, both locally (Italy) and remotely.

What excites me is never feeling out of place. I bring an approach that adapts to each context, while learning a lot and leaving behind tools that teams can keep using.

I also bring enthusiasm, curiosity and a sense of humor into my work, creating a relaxed yet focused environment.

Human Centered
Every design decision starts with understanding real people - their needs, obstacles, behaviors, and expectations - to create solutions that matter.
Collaborative
The best solutions emerge through participatory processes and co-design. Beyond methods, I bring a natural ability to build trust and foster teamwork.

From international experiences to working closely with local communities, I design with cultural sensitivity: respecting contexts, identities, and specific groups of people.

I focus on generating positive impact for all stakeholders involved: improving people’s lives, enhancing the environments where solutions take shape, giving my contribution to the society.

Background
I have started as industrial designer, but soon realizing I was more interested in shaping experiences than objects. This led me to the Master’s degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Design & Innovation from Tongji University in Shanghai. Recently, I completed a specialization course in GovTech, to deepen and apply innovative and participatory approaches in the public sector.
Out Of Office
Outside of work, I love reading and being surrounded by family & friends. I'm fascinated by cultures, rituals and languages. In a parallel universe I am a travel photographer for National Geographic. I am always in for karaoke. Despite being a mother, my sense of humor firmly belongs to the ‘dad jokes’ category.
